Our journey began with deep research into Johnson & Johnson’s operational gaps, branding inconsistencies, and digital needs. We collaborated closely with stakeholders, attending workshops and analyzing outsourcing workflows. For the branding effort, we explored the unique identities of each division to craft tailored strategies. On the digital front, we immersed ourselves in user research and UX/UI prototyping to build SafetyVerse , a platform aimed at revolutionizing health awareness and engagement.

Operational System Overhaul: Developed SOPs and an internal outsourcing system, mandating internal collaboration before external engagement, saving millions annually.

Brand Development: Designed over 10 brands, including ARC Labs, with impactful storytelling and visuals to position them as leaders in their respective domains.

Digital Platform Creation: Launched SafetyVerse, a user-friendly platform powered by AI for health tracking, enabling users to connect health data with personalized insights and actions.
